Four coffees. Four farm co-ops. One intentional step.
Most coffee that calls itself ethical can name the region. Fewer can tell you the co-ops are farmer-owned, community-rooted, and built to keep the benefits of coffee where it grows. At Microcosm, those aren’t footnotes - they’re the decisions we made before we roasted a single bean.
The Full Spectrum bundle is the best place to start. You’ll get 4oz of each of our current roasts - enough to explore, compare, and find the one that becomes yours. Your subscription can follow wherever your taste leads. Switch origins anytime, nothing locked in.
The samplers also make excellent holiday, special occasion, or birthday gifts for coffee lovers who want a diverse experience to find there favorite or experience something new.
16oz total. Four coffees. Roasted to order.
Special Note: We highly recommend the use of a grinder to experience the freshest and most flavorful coffee. Once coffee is ground, it rapidly loses its flavor and complexity. Reach out if you would like guidance on finding a grinder for your home!
If you choose a ground option, we recommend using it within 1-2 weeks of arrival for best flavor.
