We're a micro-roastery launching in Massachusetts (February 2026) and expanding nationwide (Summer 2026). We focus on ultra-fresh small-batch roasting, ethical sourcing, and building a purpose-driven coffee community.

When do you launch?

Where do you source your coffee beans?

We source through verified ethical marketplaces, choosing farms and cooperatives that meet at least one of these criteria: women-led, living wage certified, fair trade, or organic. We're building toward direct trade relationships as we grow.

What does "ultra-fresh" mean?

Most commercial coffee is roasted weeks or months before it reaches you. We roast to order and deliver within days. Coffee is at its peak flavor 3-14 days after roasting—that's when you receive it.

What does "micro-batch" mean?

Micro-batch roasting means we roast coffee in small quantities (5-15 pounds at a time) rather than large commercial batches of 50-200+ pounds.

While commercial roasters juggle dozens of product lines—different origins, blends, and flavor profiles—micro-batch roasting lets us focus on the quality of every single bag. We have better control over consistency, roast fresh to order (not weeks in advance), and pay closer attention to the unique characteristics of each origin.

How does the subscription work?

Choose your bag size (12oz or 24oz) and frequency (every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks). We roast your coffee fresh and ship it to arrive during peak freshness. Pause or cancel anytime.

What are the pricing options?

Regular Pricing (after founding period):

- 12oz subscription: $20-23/month (free shipping)

- 24oz subscription: $36/month (free shipping)

- One-time purchase: $24 (12oz) or $42 (24oz) + $6 shipping

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, anytime! We want people who genuinely love the coffee, not people locked into something they don't want. Your founding member discount (10% off forever) stays with you for life—even if you pause and restart years later.

Do you offer decaf or flavored coffee?

Not at launch. We're starting focused: exceptional single-origin and blend options, roasted to highlight the natural characteristics of the beans.
